How long does it take for a bespoke order to be made?

Answer

This does depend on the product which is being ordered, as each product takes a different amount of time to make, from a shelving unit to a coffee table, large dining table or a full set of commercial furniture. Please get in-touch to discuss the item(s) you would like us to make and we can then let you know how long they will take to make and when you can expect them to be ready.

How will my product by delivered?

Answer

All our products our very well packaged to ensure they arrive with you safely. Each item will be shipped differently, depending on weight and size. We will let you know how we will plan to deliver your item(s) when it's almost time for them to be dispatched to you. We always ensure our products arrive with you safely.

Question 3

If I'm not happy, can I return my product?

Answer

If you are not happy with your product, please get in-touch and let us know the problem and we will do our upmost to rectify any issues you are having. If your item is a custom or personlaised piece, unless they have arrived damaged or defective we can not accept returns as it will of been made to order. We want to ensure you are happy with your order.
